What’s An F2B Doodle?

An F1 Generation Doodle is a doodle that is either half-labrador retriever and half-poodle or half-golden retriever and half-poodle (50/50). These breeds give you a Labradoodle or a Goldendoodle. These puppies usually have soft, light fur and shed sometimes.

An F1B is a cross of an F1 Doodle x Poodle. They have a thicker coat than F1s and are 75% Poodle.

An F1BB is a cross of an F1B Doodle x Poodle. They shed less and are 87.5% Poodle.

An F2B is a cross of an F1 Doodle x F1B Doodle. Our parent doodles are an F2B and an F1BB, which have a higher success rate of non shedding.

*All doodles will shed to some degree, even a very little amount.

Most of you may be asking me, “What’s a Double Doodle?”

A Double Doodle is a combination of a Labradoodle and a Goldendoodle. We find the temperament and personality of this cross to be very family-friendly and energetic, but still can be laid-back. It’s the best of both worlds and we think they are beautiful, graceful, loyal, and intelligent!
